Appropriate for any level practitioner, Mindful Flow will encourage you through an introspective process of self-inquiry and response to safely discover, play with and approach your personal edge in your practice. This class will Integrate therapeutic principles, focus of intention & brief mindfulness meditation. You will be moved into a slow, deep flow using alignment-focused asana (posture) targeting the release of stress, tension, and congestion in the body and the mind. Pranayama (breathwork) and introspective awareness will lead you through the perfect yoga practice.

GENTLE
RESTORATIVE YOGA

This class uses lots of props- bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, and eye bags are used to support your body while gently holding basic floor yoga postures. This class is for everyone. Whether winding down from your busy day, recovering from an injury, or needing to introvert. This class is restful, opening and rejuvenating.
