The fast and overly stimulated lifestyles that we lead don't give our bodies the opportunity to fully rest. In order to rest, we need our fight-or-flight response
(sympathetic nervous system) to calm down so that the healing and repair processes (parasympathetic nervous system) can turn on.

The Mini Retreat creates an experience that opens the physical body and energy channels, while relaxing the mind and heart for a synergistic effect.

Experience a peaceful, contemplative and comfortable environment for movement, healing, and connecting with yourself. 

A gentle yoga class releases stored tension and brings balance to your body, followed by a simple but very effective Acupuncture treatment to support and nourish your Qi or Life Force.

The yoga provides a state for an Acupuncture treatment that is more relaxed and receptive, amplifying its effects.


The group Acupuncture benefits are enhanced by the Qi (energy) healing Anisha emits to the room. This allows the bodies’ own Life Force to re-establish harmony, bringing each participant balance (much like group meditation).

The retreat closes with Pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) to help integrate the treatment and solidify the overall balance of the nervous system and body functions.

$ 55 Note: class size is limited to 20 students. The acupuncture will include 4-5 points per person and is appropriate for any student comfortable lying on his/her back.
