The nonrefundable deposit secures your spot on this trip. All additional payments made are non-refundable.
Full retreat payments are due no later than 60 days before the retreat. In the event the trip needs to be cancelled for unforeseen circumstances by your trip organizer(s), your deposit and trip payments will be fully refunded. Travel insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE.
