Anisha Desai Fraser, M.Ac, L.Ac, E-RYT 200
Anisha Desai Fraser is a thriving acupuncturist, qi gong energy healer and yoga teacher. She is passionate about offering healing to others through many avenues.
In 2004 she met world renowned Qi Gong Master Ou Wen Wei. Through her dedication and bond with Master Ou, she completed Pangu Mystical Qi Gong Moving Form teacher training in 2005, Non-Moving Form teacher training in 2009, and traveled throughout the United States, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Indonesia with Master Ou.
In 2011, with deep love and experience of both Yoga and Qi Gong, Anisha approached Master Ou with an inspiration to combine the benefits of Yoga, Pangu Mystical Qi Gong, and the original Divine Intent of Yogic practice into a comprehensive practice. Together she and Master Ou created what is now known as Pangu Yoga. She has since authored a portion of a web-based alternative textbook for Yoga I and II classes for NC State University, and has produced her own Pangu Yoga instructional DVD.
After owning a successful private acupuncture practice in Raleigh for 11 years, Anisha relocated to Asheville NC. Her focus has shifted towards teaching and expanding her reach with Pangu Yoga and Pangu Mystical Qi Gong. Anisha offers community acupuncture, yoga classes, workshops, retreats and energy healings in the Asheville area. She regularly leads yoga and qi gong workshops and retreats in NC, around the US and abroad, and continues to travel with Master Ou Wen Wei.
Anisha uses her own life experience and spiritual practices to encourage, hold space and deepen the practice of her students. She offers this vibrant mountain town her contribution and commitment to quality, beauty and substance.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE
Anisha was born in Melbourne, Australia to Indian parents and moved to Raleigh, NC at age 10. Since graduating from Appalachian State University in 2002, she felt a magnetic pull towards the Blue Ridge Mountains, finding her way back time and again to the place her soul feels at home.
Her favorite past times are writing, photography, jewelry making. She loves to explore the mountain dulcimer, hike and play outdoors.
Anisha is an avid world traveler and adventure seeker for both study and personal exploration. Her most memorable trips are to Japan, Indonesia, Ghana, Brazil, Macau, India and China. Her expeditions are as much about learning, cultural immersion, and broader perspective as they are about spontaneous joy and relaxation. Though her spirited wanderlust has taken her all over the globe, she has found home-sweet-home in Asheville NC with her husband, Paul and dog, Jade.
