PANGU YOGA EXPERIENCE

“Every time I go to Anisha’s Pangu workshop I have an intense transformational experience. The yoga is not difficult, but the infusion of Qi Gong into the practice intensifies it to the degree that I tend to need a few days afterwards to process everything. The end result is always an elevation of myself to a different, better place in my personality. Anisha is a gentle, intuitive guide who has a powerful ability to hold and conduct energy. She is always light and funny and the workshops are never somber, in spite of their undeniable depth. I would recommend these workshops to yogis of any level of physical ability who are ready to get deep work done in their lives.”
