The power of compassion can help us to let go and move forward in our quest for personal and social justice, through the eyes of open-ness and tolerance, allowing us to meet conflict with equanimity, calm and a broad heart.

Using Pangu yoga, meditation and contemplation, Anisha will guide you in expanding your heart’s capacity for true compassion. Pangu Yoga is a powerful tool to help us live and act in ways that dissolve barriers to bring a feeling of oneness with all of creation, a deeper respect for Great Nature, and to move forward as one human race.

ABOUT PANGU YOGA

Pangu Yoga is a gentle and healing fusion of yoga and Qi Gong, created by Anisha Desai Fraser and world renowned Qi Gong Master, Ou Wen Wei.

This gentle, yet powerful yoga practice, has been synergized with the transformative energy and experience of Pangu Shengong (Pangu Mystical Qi Gong.)

Firmly rooted in the principles of love and kindness, the practice is designed to strengthen Life Force and immunity and deep Divine connection through:
